Anne offers one-on-one therapy for teens (12+) and adults in a safe, supportive environment at a rate of $110.00 per session. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in creative and integrated modalities, including EMDR, expressive arts, sand tray, Internal Family Systems, and other action-based methods.
Anne treats each client as an individual. Together, you will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your therapeutic goals, exploring meaningful ways to process experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change.
